Estevao Willian, the 19-year-old Brazilian talent valued at €110.9m, has played just 23 minutes for Chelsea in this season's Premier League. His lack of game time has fuelled press reports of a possible €100m transfer and interest from Barcelona. "I try to seize every opportunity I have, I try to control everything I can, and I leave it in God's hands..." the forward said of his situation.
Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso explained that integrating the youngster is a gradual process, particularly after the serious hamstring injury he suffered. The Spaniard stressed that the Brazilian forward is untouchable as far as the club is concerned and publicly promised that Estevao's playing time will increase significantly in the coming matches.
