Just two rounds after their green look at the Bahrain Grand Prix, staged at Sepang in Malaysia, Mercedes have swapped the silver sections of their car for blue at the United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas. Created with MANUFAKTUR, the personalisation programme for Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG and Mercedes-Maybach cars, the design replaces the usual silver detailing with a blue finish.
Coming so soon after the green accents worn in honour of title partner Petronas, the transformation made quite an impression. "This is the first time I've been impressed by a livery in years. It's beautiful," one fan wrote.
