WBC super welterweight world champion Sebastian Fundora knocked out unbeaten Albanian challenger Ermal Hadribeaj with just one second of the 12th round remaining in Las Vegas. The American giant made the fourth defence of his title. Hadribeaj dragged the fight into close quarters and was docked points for holding by referee Thomas Taylor in the third and 11th rounds.

Fundora dominated the punch statistics, landing 202 shots to his opponent's 144, including 56 to the body. As he raised the tempo, a heavy left at the decisive moment sent Hadribeaj to the canvas, and the referee waved the fight off at 2:59 of the 12th. "I want to go for undisputed in this division... We'll break either Jaron Ennis or Josh Kelly down," the champion declared afterwards.
