Netflix will stream the bout, while Dana White, president of the UFC, the world's leading mixed martial arts promotion, has also joined the global promotional push. Boxing fans, White insists, have been clamouring for this fight for more than a decade, and anticipation has reached fever pitch. To suit American viewers, the main event in Cardiff will begin at 2am local time. In front of 80,000 spectators, two elite heavyweights will step through the ropes with a combined 66 wins and 52 knockouts.
