According to the article, the higher risk of developing clots is only 1 to 2 weeks after receiving the vaccine and almost a month after having covid. You’re not supposed to get the vaccine within a month of getting sick. So the only case would be if you get the vaccine and catch covid within a week.

Considering how rare these clots are (less than 200 per 10 million people vaccinated), it would be difficult to find a sample size sufficiently large of people who got the vaccine and caught covid within a week to come to any reasonable conclusion to answer your question.
