I started making music on a lark in college, while studying Psychology and Sociology at Stanford University. After releasing some self-produced mixtapes, I got signed to a major label, then got dropped, then started my own label, then signed to a different major label, and toured all over the world along the way. Through the years, I’ve released 3 full-length records, a bunch of EPs, and collaborated with an eclectic mix of artists, from Mike Shinoda to Louis The Child to Bishop Briggs to Tom Morello to FIDLAR to Imagine Dragons to grandson. I was nominated for two Grammys (Best Rock Song Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical) which was very surreal. I love lyrics and wordplay, and the infinite possibilities of language. My new EP, Inside Voices, is about catharsis, about letting loose the primal scream in your head. Ask me anything.
