Preparing for a record 24th season, 41-year-old LeBron James has not moved house since joining the Philadelphia 76ers, and instead commutes from Manhattan to the team's training base in New Jersey by private helicopter. "I've done it before. Just another way of transportation. Yeah, that's all," the four-time champion said calmly when asked about his air travel after an overtime defeat by the Boston Celtics.
James averaged 9.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 5.5 assists across two pre-season games. His goal is crystal clear: having won championship rings with the Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Lakers, the NBA's all-time leading scorer is chasing a fifth title.
